Acknowledgements
I'd like to acknowledge my sister for sparking my whole interest in this subject area by inviting me along to her sub-maximal fitness assessment session and then sharing the subsequent fitness assessment report with me.
I'd also like to acknowledge the scientific community for all their efforts in providing the evidence upon which I have built this site. It is great to see that the majority of research output is free to access even though sometimes it doesn't initially appear that way.

Also thanks to them for providing the opportunity to get a tiny slice of their advertising revenue.
